At co:dify we believe the key to fostering new or different behaviors of people in an organization lies in intervening in its structures. The goal is to create an operating system for innovation — an innovation system. We don’t believe in the frequently proclaimed saying that first ‘they’ (leadership, employees, etc.) have to change their mindset. But we acknowledge that this false ‘people vs. system’ dichotomy can be confusing at times.
