What it is

This is a practical canvas for scoping your team’s user research.

For Whom it is

For teams in both, learning experiences and project/product work. It especially helps novices to ask the right questions and think beyond just customer or user interviews.

How To use it

Use one canvas for each user group. The rest is pretty much self-explanatory.

Best used with

This one nicely complements our Design Challenge Scoping Canvas. We also like to use the LUMA cards to plan our initial research.
